Plattentypo entstand als temporäres Projekt. Sätze, die auf ironische Weise den Hype um DJs und ein bekanntes Poster eines Offenbacher Nachtklubs persiflieren. Die Schaufenster des Frankfurter Plattenladens Freebase Records konnte ich mit freundlicher Genehmigung mittels leerer Plattenhüllen beschreiben. Die Aktion entwickelte sich unvermittelt zu einem sehr beliebten Blickfang und wurde auf drei Monaten verlängert.

Plattentypo emerged as a temporary project. Sentences, which ironically satirise the hype about DJs and a well known club in Offenbach and it’s printed poster series. The window front of the Freebase Records Store in Frankfurt became the canvas for my slogans, which I wrote with empty record sleeves. At first intended just for a couple of photos, it became so popular and eye catching that the project was extended to three months upon demand.
